A passive on a parent goes into the pool the egg draws from, so the surest way to keep Glutton out of a line is to keep its carriers out of the Breeding Farm. If one of them is the only route to the Pal you want, plan an extra generation: breed the child you need, then pair that child onward and keep the egg that came out clean.
