Hartalis always hatches with Savior in Palworld 1.0. Breeding from one of them is the reliable way to get the skill onto a line, because it is on the parent already instead of being rolled at random.
The Pal that always has Savior
Every Pal below hatches with Savior attached, whether you catch it or breed it. The number on each card is how many parent pairs produce that Pal.

Start from a carrier. Hartalis is the one most pairs lead to — 1 parent pair produces it — so it is usually the cheapest way to get Savior into your ranch. From there, pair the carrier with the Pal you are building and keep the eggs that inherit the skill.
Both parents contribute to the pool, so two carriers are better than one when you are stacking several passives at once. The Passives tab in the calculator filters the whole Paldeck down to the Pals that guarantee the skills you pick.
